Shipping
All items are hand-made and will ship within one to two weeks from purchase. Standard shipping via the US Post Office is free. Priority-mail three-day service is available for $5.00 and next-day mail is available for $20.00 Please note, however, that express shipping applies to the shipping date, and not the order date.
Returns
Athough Cherry Designs does extensive testing before releasing a new design to the public, the imagination of children cannot be circumvented. For instance, a friend's daughter was playing dress-up and decided that she wanted to wear her bracelet -- as a belt. Unfortunately, the bracelet only made it up to her thighs before snapping under the pressure. Recognizing that sometimes strange things happen, the designer offers to fix all children's items for free. Simply send in your broken piece along with a short story of how it broke, and we'll send you a new one.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) within 14 days from date shipped for a prompt and courteous refund. Please email our customer service department at returns@cherrydesigns.com to obtain a return authorization number (no exchange or refund will be obtained without a return authorization number).
